Our Process
Discovery & Research:
We conducted market analysis to identify user pain points in existing robotic lawn mowers.
Through customer interviews and competitor benchmarking, we identified key features users desired: simple installation, intelligent navigation, and energy efficiency.
Concept & Design:
Leveraging our expertise in mechanical and electrical design, we developed a compact yet powerful chassis and an intuitive interface.
We incorporated advanced navigation technologies, including RTK and VSLAM, ensuring precision and adaptability.
Our engineers worked closely with ANTHBOT to integrate AI-driven obstacle detection, enhancing safety and reliability.
Prototyping & Testing:
Rapid prototyping allowed us to iterate quickly, fine-tuning everything from blade performance to battery efficiency.
Rigorous testing under varied conditions ensured the mower's robustness and dependability.
Production Support:
Through our Building Lab services, we supported ANTHBOT in sourcing materials, developing tooling, and coordinating with manufacturers to ensure smooth production runs.
